This Christmas season, we invite you to join Mosman Rowers Club in supporting The Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women’s Shelter (HKWS), a vital organisation dedicated to helping women who have endured domestic violence and homelessness.
HKWS provides emergency housing, legal and employment assistance and a path to independence. For women in the Mosman and Lower North Shore area, The Shelter provides a lifeline away from unsafe areas, allowing survivors to transition toward independence and stability.
Many survivors in our community face a lack of social and recreational opportunities, which can play a crucial role in building confidence and uplifting spirits.
By participating in our Giving Tree initiative, you can help provide these women with the joy of simple experiences that many of us take for granted such as coffee and lunch outings and Toronga Zoo and cinema tickets.
