Mums & Bubs Pilates | Wednesday 10:30am & Friday 10am Returning to exercise after having a baby? Bring your bub, make new friends and get a workout all at the same time! Join Em in her full-body, core-strengthening barre and Pilates workouts to help you rediscover your body after birth. Just bring your mat, water bottle and bub!

Pilates Mat | Wednesday 11.30am & Friday 11am Join Em from Fitter With Em in her full-body 45-minute Pilates and strength training workouts to help strengthen your core, improve flexibility and find balance in your body. Using a variety of props (incl. dumbbells & resistance bands) and low-impact, challenging exercises to help strengthen core muscles whilst improving postural alignment, spinal mobility and flexibility. Here are the benefits of the class:
