NOTICE OF 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Mosman Rowers Limited will be held at Mosman Rowers, 3 Centenary Drive, Mosman, 2088 on Thursday 31st August, 2023 at 6.30 p.m.

AGENDA

1.      Open meeting and welcome from the President.

2.      Determination of whether a quorum is present and noting of apologies.

3.      Election of Directors.

In line with the Club Constitution, nominations for the Board have been received with notice from the following Members, being Kathrina Doran, John Molyneux, Norman Buckley,  Robyn Bushell, Natasha Barber and Timion Rosso.

4.      Receive the Annual Report and Financial Statements together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors for the financial year ended 31 March 2023.

5.      Appointment of Auditors.

6.      Dealing with any other business that may be brought forward in accordance with the Company's Constitution.

Please note that financial statements and report are still being signed off by the  auditors and will be available before the AGM on the website and at the Club.
