Annual General Meeting of Mosman Rowers Limited will be held at Mosman Rowers, 3 Centenary Drive, Mosman, 2088 on Wednesday 31st August,2022 at 6.30 p.m.

AGENDA

1. Open meeting and welcome from the President.
2. Determination of whether a quorum is present and noting of apologies.
3. Election of Directors. In line with the Club Constitution, nominations for the Board have been received with notice from the following Members*, being Kathrina Doran, John Molyneux, Warwick Lamb, Robyn Bushell, Sandy Godfrey and Timion Rosso.
4. Receive the Annual Report and Financial Statements together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors for the financial year ended 31 March 2022.
5. Appointment of Auditors.
6. Dealing with any other business that may be brought forward in accordance with the Company's Constitution.

*Further nominations for the Board must be sent to the President in writing.
