Robyn Bushell

Robyn Bushell and her husband John MacFarlane moved to Mosman Bay a few years ago and were delighted to discover Mosman Rowers. Robyn holds a PhD from The University of Sydney, and is a Professor at Western Sydney University. 

She works in heritage, tourism policy and planning mostly in SE Asia, collaborating with many UN agencies – such as UNESCO, the World Health Organisation; the World Bank; various aid and national agencies, aligning development with community wellbeing.

Robyn has served as a Ministerial appointment on State and Federal boards of management and advisory committees in Australia for national parks and World Heritage sites.  

She has experience in strategic planning and grant writing, plus enthusiasm for Rowers to become as sustainable as possible.


Kathrina Doran (President)

Kathrina Doran and her family have loved the Mosman Rowers since they arrived in Mosman. Kathrina is a management consultant, entrepreneur and non-executive director with over 20 years’ experience running and growing successful businesses. 

Kathrina is a Director of The Friends of Sydney Harbour supporting the enjoyment of the Harbour for everyone, a Director of the Combined Dispensaries Pharmacy Society and a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia.  

She graduated as a pharmacist from University of Dublin, Trinity College, graduated with a MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  

She enjoys coaching kids soccer, playing tennis and learning how to sail.  Her favourite day is Family fishing day at the Rowers.


Norman Buckley

Norman is an Organisational Psychologist with a global UK based business. He specialises in the application of personality theory at individual and corporate levels.   

He still travels regularly but now enjoys living in Neutral Bay after many years in Mosman and London. 

He first joined Mosman Rowers in the early 70’s and, apart from time spent overseas, has enjoyed its facilities ever since. He takes great interest in its history and ongoing activities. He loves all water sports, especially sailing, and enjoys travel, books, opera, theatre and film. 


John Molyneux

John is an experienced entrepreneur and company director with over 50 years’ experience building, selling and buying successful businesses. 

He is a Chartered Accountant having worked in large organisations such a Deloitte in New York, before founding a number of local businesses including the Wambo Coal Mine in the Hunter Valley, Omega Oil NL, Saxonvale Vineyards Ltd and Percy Marks Ltd. 

He is the Chair of the Friends of Sydney Harbour in addition to being the Vice-President of the Mosman Rowers. 

John lived in Kirribilli for 44 years, is an avid sailor, racing with RSYS and enjoys golf at Elanora and is married to Eve with 2 children and 6 grandchildren.

Timion Rosso

Timion Rosso is the Director of Logistics for Agrow Australia Pty Ltd, a company specialising in the sales and marketing of agricultural products and equipment. Timion has worked in Sales and Marketing, Logistics as well as Bulk Shipping Chartering and Operations. He has experience and knowledge across the global fertiliser market and spent time working in London for a European Shipowner. 

In addition, Timion has extensive experience working with the Australian Government Department of Agriculture and Water Resources through membership of Fertilizer Australia, where he chairs the industry committee overseeing the certification process for companies importing into Australia. 

Timion has a degree in Agricultural Economics, majoring in marketing, from the University of New England, Armidale and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. 

Timion is currently residing in Munich Germany with his wife and children.


Daniel Meadth 

Daniel has had many roles in Clubs and organizations over the last 10 years, supporting Community initiatives, including Secretary of Cohousing Australia and Chairman of the Mt Evelyn Township Improvement Committee.

Originally from Victoria, he loves the beauty and community of Mosman Bay. As a recent resident, he has been a strong contributing member of the Social Committee and Trivia Crew.

Daniel is a Strategic Urban planner who has worked in local planning and private practice roles, as well as a previous career as a Combat Engineer in the Australian Army, where he also was President of the RAE Corporals Club at the School of Military Engineering  

He enjoys spending quality time with friends in and around the Mosman area, enjoying all it has to offer, including bushwalking and sailing.
