Every Wednesday 10:30am - 11:15am and Friday from 10am - 11am & 11am - 12pm.

Returning to exercise after having a baby? Bring your bub, make new friends and get a workout all at the same time! Join Em in her full-body, core-strengthening barre and Pilates workouts to help you rediscover your body after birth. Just bring your mat, water bottle and bub!
